I'm marrying a former Cherokee Stickball player... remember?  Shes ONLY a "former" because the Big Cove Women's Stickball team was forced to dispand because of far too rough of play.

A female football team in Oklahoma also, the Okla City Dolls. One of my friends sister was a receiver for the Dolls. They were a tough bunch.
