Putting it in iTunes would be great, but we already give it away here and at podiobooks once it's 'casting, and we haven't found the right distributor for iTunes quite yet.  We'll probably get all the GFL books in there sometime next year with our relationship with BookBaby, but for now BackMyBook is the place to grab it.

It's by far the best for us, and easy to make sure it's DRM free and easily available.  Also, for the record, as far as we can see, we'll never have our books in the Audible store (which is a different animal, I know) until their royalty rates improve.
