I left my phone in the living room. Didn't really think about it sitting so near to our pitbull and lab/greyhound. the room was quiet as my stoned roommate and I lounged, he, reading the Sunday paper and I, reading American Psycho, yet again. Suddenly I heard "feed us.." I didn't make a move. I just let my roommate think he was going nuts as he gazed at the dogs. The only other time I've seen that expression on his face was the first time he saw Linda Blair in that crab walk scene from the Exorcist. He never said anything in doubts of his grasp on reality. I still haven't told him it was my phone...
