Too expensive...   There's another thread around here talking about how to work with the zune...  Go ahead and dig around for it,  If I find it I'll post a link here.  Past that,   I'd just grab the mp3, and copy it to the device instead of worrying about all that syncing garbage...

I bought an ipod mini off a work colleague and put RockBox on it so i can play my music in FLAC and listen to Sigler, of course!

If you can't just download the mp3 and put it on the player....  The ZUNE marketplace (or whatever it's called) has the ability to sync up with iTunes...  If you don't have iTunes, get it quick, use it to pull down the episode and then tell the Zune thing to pull info from iTunes... That should work for you.
