Scott said that he pretty much always writes his novels with sequels in mind. Look at what he's done so far... Has he done any novels that don't set themselves up for a sequel?

Did it make a difference in your writing to set the scene in the city where you live? Was it easier to write? What drove you to make that decision and what process do you go through in choosing locations for your stories. Utah? Uppie? etc.
