Differences between the podcast and the book?

OK I bought the book on preorder and it finally got into the rotation. I can't help hearing Scott's voices while reading. I'm so glad I listened first, two times. I'm about 30 pages in and have noticed a lot of differences. Has anyone come up with a list of changes/differences the book story has compared to the podcast?

I'm up to about 150 and man there's tons of changes. Some I like some I don't but overall I think the story flows a little better.
