Books shops for overseas junkies.

Hi, I'm in Perth, Western Australia.
Are there 'preferred' resellers (Not in America) that we can pre order from and it will count toward your chart position?
I'd also prefer a signed copy, so how would I get that done?

I've Pre-ordered mine from Book Depository (an Amazon company), for me it works out the same cost to import the hardcover from the US to the UK as it does to buy the paperback here in the UK which is madness. I really like to get my Sigler books in hardcover if possible so I usually import from the Depository. Still waiting for a hardcover of Earthcore though, only got a TPB of that one :(
