Just saw this story about a feather emerging from the side of a baby's neck, which made me think how cool flying triangles would be.

Um, I think some, strange strand of fungus.

It turned out to be an actual feather the kid had ingested. It became lodged in his throat, and that's how his body decided to get rid of it.
