Where does Scott get his hard covers printed?

I'm a former legacy-published author (who's relishing every second and dollar of freedom), wondering if anyone know's who Scott gets his hard cover books printed through? About to release the third installment of a hardcover trilogy my former publisher didn't want to continue with and my readers want a hard cover collectors edition.

Hi Christopher,

We print our books with RR Donnelley and have been happy with our relationship with them since the start.
