We used to work together. Workplace romances don't always work out, but this one did. We didn't let it get in the way of our jobs too much. Just enough to make it fun.

While I was a temp when backpacking around Australia, we fell in love and the rest is history.  I know live in Australia Yes work romances can work

I wear glasses but always think they make me look dorky!  You will very rarely find a photograph of me with them on!

So years later, I'm back in Colorado teaching college. I buy a house a block away from the old house and while walking the dog, discover Shadygirl's parents are still in the neighborhood. I knocked on the door and we had a little reunion. By "we" I mean Shadygirl's parents and I. (Shadygirl was away at college.) More to the story later, or maybe Shadygirl can chime in again soon.

 Most folks who wear glasses think they look better without them. As a general rule of thumb, I find glasses make women look much sexier.

We met at a neo-Pagan "energy" class. Well actually we met the first time in a hot tub with about a dozen other nekkid people but she says she doesn't remember that time.

we did not live in the same town. one in West Palm Beach, FL the other in Clearlake CA.

 

both out of towners and it was cool. met started dating and I moved to Florida. then we moved back to California 5 years later.

  • I sat down in calculas class.  I was in NROTC uniform.  Guy came in and sat next to me.   We ended up marrying a pair of sisters.
  • Two years later he brought the sisters to a DnD session at my dorm.  I was flying on prescription meds at the time. 
  •  A week or two later, he set me up witht he one sister at a dance at my dorm.
