I work for a large school district and this site gets blocked. WTF Over?
Anybody else get this site blocked at work?
In a stroke of pure genius, my company blocks any sites with mp3's, personal email sites like yahoo & hotmail, and sites with profane language such as music lyric sites....yet, I can get onto this site with no problem!
I suppose we aren't being obscene enough on these forums for my company to block it....yet!
i am waiting and expecting my district to block this site, then i will no longer be racking up the crack hits
and the voices will be so sad

Filters are weird and stilted...at my work I'm allowed to use the net on breaks(I thinks so anyhow, my boss never bitched about it ;) )But its content filters out facebook(dating) and most music sites(mp3) but Scotts Holy pod cast powers go right through...You can tell which shopping sites the IT guys use because amazon and Ebay work but most retail sites don't
yup. 7th son, blasphemy and the like are blocked at school, along with gmail, myspace, facebook etc but scottsigler is not.
Unless you're on a teacher account which means that you aren't blocked at all.
And that's why I'm friends with the teachers. Especially the beautiful music teacher.

But i'm graduating soon, not that that's an excuse, but the whole school is in love with him. It's a girls school. I take music and he has access to the massive library of every single piece of music ever recorded, so I take advantage, and he makes CDs for me for free.
And he is beautiful and australian.
See it from this perspective. He is the only male under the age of 25 in an all girls' school. And he gives me free music.
But I see where you're coming from and I'm not stupid. Yes I lost the ability to speak to him when I walked in on him rehersing for the staff production of Grease (he's playing danny) but... I'm not stupid.
