How many pounds are you down? And when is your birthday? We gotta put Pondy in a cake.
I think 15 to 20 since Siglerfest. Should be more, but I was on the shelf for a month and a half with something jacked up my in knee.
Bday is 3/18 and I'm hoping to be down to 205. Only 10 more to go.

Well, fuck...due to lord knows what, (but most likely my own failings,) I missed my birthday goal by 8 pounds. Still, an impressive feet.
Either way, I'm taking a few days off, enjoying some junk food and beer, and will be back at it tomorrow to make sure I'm in tip top form to mess up some zombies at Run for Your Life this year.
