ok ok ok here are somethings you need to come to texas

1. a simple pocket knife (everyone in Texas has one they are pasted out at birth)

2. maskow...you know tequilla i prefer cuervo gold, patrone...etc

3.extra ammo...yea you are going to be the life of the party but with extra ammo YOU are the party!

4.shiner bock beer...yup a texas beer grab some its good fer what ale's you

5.pecans...fruit from the state tree eat you a handfull, it will get you in a Texas state of mind

So let me get this straight....when I come to Texas later this week I will need a weapon, ammo for another undisclosed type of weapon, beer & liquor, and some nuts?

You could also substitute St. Arnolds for the Shiner Bock. Either way but let's make one thing perfectly clear - there is no room for the likes of Budweiser or Coors. We drink real beer in Texas!!!!!!
