ooVoo has a lot of potential. They didn't record the session, but you can. I see video podcasters using this tool (and I've got an idea or two myself).

It took me a second or two to figure out the program...and remember to put a damn headset on to avoid the echo effect. But after that, it was cool to talk all "real time" style with Sigs and Hutch and a small cross section of fellow Junkies.
I dig this whole "ooVoo" program, and I'm right glad that they donated to the DAV. Glad to have been a small part of it all.
