I'm beginning to wonder... is this healthy?

Is this much of an emotional and temporal investment in the FDO healthy?  How much is too much?  Undoubtedly, the stuff is good.  really good...  So how much is enough?  Sorry to get all existential and everything, I was just wondering...  Thoughts?

It's too much if it causes: neglect of personal hygiene, neglect of family, neglect of job. but isn't the best balance one that assures an entertaining exchange of ideas and imagination planning FDO's regime while taking a shower with your family before going to work?
