It is going on my fore arm and will be either of The Joker in a flaming Joker card, ir simply the Joker. If I go with just The Joker I am getting the flaming card on my other fore arm with a question mark behind it.

I finally got it out with the use of a bottle of Clorox, several extra-long Q-Tips and a power drill.
