FDØ's note: Sadock wrote this post years ago, but I just updated, so if there are any mistakes they are mine.

A posted this in the Eloquence of Siglerism thread, but I figured I'd move it over here since there weren't many Junkies participating in that thread. I know many of you are interested in what's coming up. So here's what is coming our way, in order:

ANCESTOR - comes out June 22nd, 2010 from Crown DONE!
THE STARTER: GFL BOOK II - comes out September 7th, 2010. Published by DØM.DONE!
THE ALL-PRO: GFL BOOK III - shipping in September, 2011, from DØM, DONE!
NOCTURNAL - out April 3, 2012 from Crown click here to pre-order!
THE MVP: GFL BOOK IV - out September 2012 from DØM
BONES ARE WHITE (eBook only) - possibly out in late 2012 from DØM
THE REPORTER (eBook-only novella) - possibly out in late 2012 from DØM
PANDEMIC - likely coming in Spring 2013 from Crown
GFL BOOK V - likely coming in 2013 from DØM
FIRE IS ORANGE (eBook only) - possibly out in late 2013 from DØM
THE CRYPT: BOOK ONE - (eBook only): no publication date available, from DØM
THE CRYPT: BOOK TWO - (eBook only): no publication date available, from DØM

We also have the EARTHCORE re-write and KISSYMAN, which may be part of another print deal with a publisher or could be out as DØM books. MT. FITZROY has to wait until we figure out what's happening with EARTHCORE.

......Scott will do PANDEMIC the same way he did CONTAGIOUS. No idea what his plan for THE STARTER is. Would not surprise me if he did the same release format. Begin podcasting one chapter a week ~ a month prior to the release date of the novel. Worked well for CONTAGIOUS.

That's the model I'm working now. I start the podcast a month before the book hits the stores. That gives you some time to see if you dig it, some time to see if I can ramp you up and get you all hyper like a five-year-old snorting pixie sticks, then sick you on the bookstores. Then the podcast continues, week after week, until the unabridged story is finished. As usual, it's up to y'all -- listen for free if you want to wait that long, and/or buy the book.

But there's something to be said about listening to a Scott Sigler podcast. The first time I heard you tell a story, I was hooked. And now, when I read your books, I hear the voices (your voices) of the characters and it just makes it that much better. Ahhhh... Crack, sweet crack.

If I feel like reading the book, I'll just listen to the cast again! I much prefer Scott's performances to the hollowness of text. And I hear the echo of his voices in my head anyways. But I will always buy multiple copies of his stuff since he gives us the audio free.

Value for value after all. Otherwise the world falls apart. Seriously.

One for me and one for my best friend. I'm not much of the loaning type, but I have no problem giving shit away. What's up with that?

I know I AM buys 2 copies as well, but keeps one shiny and uses the other as a reader/loaner copy. Do you do something similar?

My inside voice just can't carry off the TURN IT OFF NOW PUSSSAAAAAAAAAAY! Whilst on this subject please revert to this as your warning of violence adult themes as opposed to the more civilised "this might not be for you" I've even got to the stage where I shout along in my car when this comes on.... that mind control seems to be working.
