While not part of the challenge, I've been working my ass off the last couple of months.
I'm getting close to breaking into the 220's (something I haven't seen since high school) and will start slinging iron in another week when lax season is over.
So far, I've just been doing cardio and cleaning my diet WAY up, (who knew that exercise and a good diet help you lose weight...somebody should tell the masses,).
While my main goal is overall better fitness, I'm also busting my ass to train for next year's Run for Your Lives. That shit looks amazingly awesome.
