...but I don't really know.  This is my first Balticon.

I know I'm planning on the Steampunk Dance on Friday, and the Sci-Fi/Fantasy  Prom on Saturday, and the rest I'm still sorting out.  Some slots I got nothing that interests me, and others I'm double or triple booked.  I may end up just chucking the programs and visiting with folks.

Don't plan too much, highlight what looks interesting but leave yourself some breaks because you will be running into junkies and meeting people left and right and you will want to to talk to these people.  That is half the fun (or more then half) just talking to people and the great conversations.

Best thing about last year was people telling me the panels "I had to go to" and I discovered a lot of things in new media I had been missing out on

I'm marking down everything as maybes (except the Steampunk Dance and the Sci-Fi Prom).  I'll have reminders that things are happening, but where I go will determine on how much fun I'm having.  It is my vacation!  Why would I want to march to a rigid schedule?
