(1) did you delete your old profiler pic first, save, and then apply the new gif and save? ... I've found that if you don't delete your old one first it can have some wierd results.

(2) did you create your gif as an 85dpi X 85dpi?

Now that you've got it working... looking at the page where your posts are the only ones for the five or six posts above this one... It is a little trippy when you're the only icon on the page, changing images in sync with all the rest...

I'm trying to change it and it just won't accept it :( It's 85 x 85 and less than 200k.
