Lost Boys. I love this movie. I saw it for the first time 4 years ago when I was 10. Freaked me out a little but it was one of my favorite movies at the time.

with Angela Landsbury.
Apparently I put the wrong version of Sweeny Todd in my Netflix queue and ended up with a version that starred Angela Landsbury. I've had it for a few weeks and figured...eh, why not watch it...at least I'll have something to compare it to when the Johnny Depp version arrives. So I watched it today. It was a recorded version of an actual stage play (intermission and all) and it was really quite cool! Very macbre and dark but somehow Angela Landsbury puts such and energetic and happy tone to making meat pies out of Todd's victims. Slightly disturbing but really neat... in a Nightmare Before Christmas kinda way.
On DVD its mediocre, I guess it would have been ok at the theater in 3D.

Painful movie featuring two of the dumbest people in the world as the "good guys." The bad guys in the masks were kind of creepy but nothing in the movie was scarier then the crisis management thought process going on between Scott Speedman and Liv Tyler's characters. I don't know if i'll recover from the amount of brain cells I lost watching this movie.
