since Rocktoπ are gelatinous I would make a bavarois out of them... Serve them with a some nuts or a caramel sauce... rock roach would be even more incorrect, since they neither have chitinous exoskeletons nor jointed legs. at least as rocktopi it connotates an invertebrate with tentacles.
