Waterstones also had the 8th Jan and I ordered a copy but I wanted to help the FDO so I ordered another from Amazon.com, that's been shipped but has a delivery date of 13th Feb - oh the pain!

My hardback copy has not turned up 1 month before it was suposed to well happy, still getting the UK verion as well
