That just my luck with things like that. I pre-ordered the first of Sept. and my ship date is still listed as Dec 30th on the order.

i pre-ordered mine months ago from Amazon. I just checked on the book under my account. It shows it is being processed and that no changes can be made to the order but i haven't received an email from Amazon as of yet. 
Maybe I'll send them a note about my displeasure!

So two copies ordered one from Amazon,US and the other from Waterstones,UK. It's my brothers birthday next month and he'll be getting copies of Infected, Contagious and the DVD :)

I've got my Amazon copy and Borderland copies on the way. BUT, I tried calling Murder By the Book to place a pre-order for 3 Copies and MBB tells me the cant sell them before the release date. I asked if they would take a pre-order as the release date is 12/30. I was told "Oh no, the release date is 2-3wks from now". I said "Oh no, that the book signing is then and the release date is tomorrow. Then I heard someone in the background say I don't think we can sell them before the date of the signing? They took my information and asked me to call back tomorrow....
I also called Boarders Books & Music in Dallas and They wouldnt take a pre-order either. They took my info and said someone will call me tomorrow and if they dont to just give them a call back.
Geez, is this normal for bookstores not to do pre-orders?

week to reserve several copies and I got the same thing. I'm going there tomorrow and talk to them in person. If they won't sell me a book, I'll go to Borders or somewhere else to get a copy. Damn Sigler cutting off episode 4 where he did. I've got to have that book!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just got the email stayin it has been shipped shame the deliver date is 12 of feb but i still get it before it goes on sale in the UK this way
Mine is in Dallas as well. They must be traveling together to save gas. I'll probably end up getting mine before you with you being 400 miles closer to the original source! Go figure!
