Hard copy of Contagious early?

I pre-ordered Contagious from my local Barnes and Noble.  Today, December 27th, I recieved an e-mail stating that my copies are available for pickup NOW!  I want to get them this instant; however I need to know if it well count to the numbers for Sigler to rule all, or is it even legal that they have them to sell now.

I got  mine early... your lucky.... you didn't have to black mail the store to get it....
