No snazzy "please order this book for me" form for Ancestor?

I'm going to one of my local independent bookstores this evening, and I thought while I was there, I would ask them to order a copy of Ancestor for me. There doesn't seem to be one of those forms that you give to the bookstores asking them to order a particular book for you anywhere on the site. Am I missing something?

The ISBN # is incorrect, and the order form says Paperback, instead of Hardcover. But it still looks snazzy! Be sure to order the right item. Check the pollination thread for more info.
