Hey Scott, police evidence bags are NOT ziplocks, that would defeat their purpose. No, they're instead numbered bags with a fold-over adhesive top edge seal. This way, any tampering with the evidence once sealed is evident, something a ziplock bag would be unsuitable for. It's a chain of custody thing. ;)
