Seriously though I didn't want to contact you about it as I didn't want to be seen as making a fuss, also I didn't think I would get a replacement without having to go to the hassle of sending it back overseas. It's still readable, just the spine and corners are all bashed out of shape. But I didn't mention it came damaged so I could get you to refund it, I mentioned it so you realised that those mailing envelopes are woefully inadequate for the job!.

Scott, whats the latest I can order to still get personalistion?, I can't stand the Cemetary Dance style business model paying for books not ready to ship for four months so I can't order now, but of course I still want personalisation so you've got me in a bind here.
