Understandable...
Though if I were you I would ask to see why it is only permited to just WiFi and not both 3G & WiFi. With the option for both of those I think it gives your optournity to allow your app to reach more people, also the option to allow it to play in the back ground after you get out of the app would be nice as well.
Even tough I could access the website through safari, or download the podcast and load it to my iphone the option to stream brand new episodes and allow them to play in the background as if it was playing in the media player of the iphone....well I would pay a buck or two for that.
Just something to consider for possible extra dough, and of course you could always have the "free" version that is what you currently have out and the other with the options I described for a buck.
Either way it is a sleek looking app that I have whiped out to show a few co-workers who are now listening to your old podcasts. Very nice marketing tool.
