Ancestor - in german "Ahne" sounds not very... thrilling... it sounds boring, dusty... Implantiert , in english implanted, sounds more dangerous, implise thoughts of genetic experiments, crazy scientists, monster etc.
In my eyes, Implantiert is a good and applicable title...
