Sorry about that. I was afraid I butchered it. That's why I....

....suggested you take the time to spell it in your promo. Patrick McLean ran into no end of difficulty when he named his 'cast The Seanachai. I figured folks would have just as much difficulty with Scottish as they did with Gaelic. Glad you liked the episode.

Interesting side note about this very modern couple

Tee's a guy and Christiana's a gal.

Since the Tee character is human he is presumably MALE because he sounds like one.

But the Christiana character, I am supposing, is actually a MALE *not* a FEMALE. As you are probably aware, the Quyth have a gentically created caste system. (And since it apparently occured perfectly naturally through evolution no one gets to accuse them of running an evil eugenics program or anything.)

IIRC, ALL the Quyth Warriors, Quyth Workers, and Quyth Leaders are male. We have not yet ever seen a Quyth female. They are treated as sacred or something and they stay on the Quyth homeworld and no non-Quyth ever gets to see them.

I mean I'm not here to judge--if sentients from two different species wanna get it on, I say more power to 'em regardless of their respective gender(s). To me, it's just a fascinating subtle point that might easily get missed.

Wasn't this written a while ago?

So if we were to hop in the way-back-machine then wouldn't we find that we had no idea about how the caste system worked? As such, at the time Tee and Christiana put this together they had no idea Siglerisimo would get all crazy with how the caste system worked and make it impossible for non-Quyth to see them. Even though I've heard this sucker several times and it still makes me chuckle.
