Sitting down for my first day of the week-long LaunchPad event in Laramie, Wyoming. This NASA-sponsored event teaches writers how to correctly communicate spacey things. I'm going to be using this for research on THE CRYPT, which is shaping up to be one high-toned bitch of a story. Attendees include a great list of authors and general coolness:

I had an idea for a Crypt character
I have a small plot-line outlined in my head that I think would be suitable for the Crypt (or, at least, I did but I've forgotten most of it) ummm, is it possible to submit it to Scott? Is there somewhere on the site that addresses this question that I've missed? (It should be noted that I probably can't write very well, and the idea is probably derivative or something and a bit shit, but still.)Awesome stuff...
I didn't know NASA offered stuff like this! Very cool, indeed. Can't wait to see how it's applied to The Crypt._________________________________________________
