In Germany ANCESTOR is names
In Germany ANCESTOR is names "Implantiert", what means implanted in english. It has 635 Sites. Unfortunately Scott's Books in Germany are only as paperback available. But after all they published in a vere big Publishing House, "Heyne", a member of Random House. I would like to have them as hardcover. Now, there are 4 Titel available. Earthcore, Infected, Contagious and, since yesterday, Ancestor.

The german covers are very good! the same style for every of the 4 available books. inside the cover (what you can't see on amazon) there are colour pictures of the available sigler titels and a big picture of scott! because, it was used good and not to thin paper, the books are rather conspicious in the book-shops - i mean, they are eyecatchers.

Why Implantiert?
Ich habe in der Hochschule Deutsch nahmen... hasst du mich?
But really, what was the motivation behind "Implantation"? I think "Tier" (meaning beast or monster), or something like that would evoke more fear.
Naming of German versions is beyond my control
