I sure wish Amazon could figure out a way to roll up editions of a book (hardcover, kindle and audiobook) into one so the top seller lists don't get cluttered. It's much nicer to see that Scott has the #2 best selling horror book on Amazon, not the 4th.

I just messed up my chances of a cosy 'quietly in his sleep'-death of old age the other day by harassing the FDO by email on the gargantuan price difference (0,99 in the US vs. 13.43 for The Rest of The World)
